Barbara Betti

Ms. Betti has over twenty-four years of experience in the telecommunications industry, thirteen of which have been in direct response marketing from both the client and agency perspective. Barbara's initial experience was with AT&T American Transtech, with positions in sales, operations and client services. After leaving AT&T, she spent two years at SafeCard Services, managing over 1 million hours annually of outsourced teleservices in partnership with major credit card issuers.

Barbara joined the Concentra Solutions team in 1999. In her first year, she grew one teleservices client from $2 million to $9 million annually and increased the consulting business from one to six full-time on-site consultants. Additionally, Barbara has led Concentra Solutions' inbound programs to keep up with the changing trends in teleservices.
